Allison “Allie” Mattocks is a partner at Warren Kalyan Mattocks. Known for her strategic insight and unwavering integrity, Allie advises multifamily property managers, supplier-partners and other business owners in a broad range of industries on matters from landlord-tenant litigation and Fair Housing defense to corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, SMB M&A, capital raising and other types of business litigation.

Allie began her career as a paralegal at a high-volume litigation firm while in college and through law school and brings a broad expertise in a wide variety of matters to her law practice. She speaks multiple foreign languages, and is fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole. She is also a talented visual artist, often inspired by her French bulldog, Rizzo.
