Hari Nathan Kalyan is a Partner with Warren Kalyan Mattocks. Hari is a highly experienced business attorney and general counsel with a track record of successfully delivering strategic, innovative and cost-effective legal solutions backed by a demonstrated ability to help develop and execute on plans for corporate strategy and growth. Hari’s practice focuses primarily on representing clients in industries such as hospitality, commercial and multifamily real estate, alcoholic beverage, cannabis and entertainment.

Hari is a seasoned hospitality owner/operator and a recognized leader in the hospitality industry as Co-Founder of Randolph Beer brewpubs as well as a partner in a number of other establishments in New York City and Texas. Since 2014, Hari has served as General Counsel to Bluestone Lane, playing an active role in their rapid nationwide development. Hari is also a Principal with Wisteria Venture Partners, an Austin, TX-based micro venture fund focusing primarily on non-traditional, non-public, pre-seed opportunities in the hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, and technology industries.

Prior to entering private practice, Hari clerked for the Honorable Nelson S. Roman, who currently sits in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Hari is also trained as a Diversity and Inclusion officer, and commits his time to various pro bono and charitable activities (including volunteering as an attorney with Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas and the NYC Housing Court).
