Hari Kalyan is Managing Attorney at Warren Kalyan. Hari is a highly experienced business attorney and general counsel with a track record of successfully delivering strategic, innovative and cost-effective legal solutions. Hari Kalyan's practice spans general counsel advisory, SMB and lower-middle-market M&A, commercial and corporate transactions, capital raising, business and commercial litigation, multifamily and commercial real estate, and the full suite of issues faced by owners, operators, developers, suppliers, and service providers.

Hari is also a recognized leader in the hospitality industry as Co-Founder of The Randolph brewpubs and La Volta Pizza Club and a partner/investor in several other successful hospitality businesses throughout the United States, including Sweatland, Toms Juice, The Flower Shop and Bluestone Lane (where he served as General Counsel for a decade). Additionally, Hari Kalyan is the Founder of IsAIah, an AI-powered legal operations technology solution.

Hari is a Member of a number of trade groups in Warren Kalyan's various practice areas, including the NYC Bar Association Hospitality Law Committee, the Texas Restaurant Association, the Texas Association of Business Brokers and the Texas, Austin, Houston and Greater Dallas Apartment Associations, and acts as general counsel to the Austin Apartment Association.

Prior to entering private practice, Hari Kalyan clerked for the Honorable Nelson S. Roman, who currently sits in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Hari is also trained as a Diversity and Inclusion officer, and commits his time to various volunteer, pro bono and charitable activities (including as a Board Member of Churches United for Fair Housing and as an attorney with Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas and the NYC Housing Court).

In conjunction with his professional life, Hari spends his time with his wife, Kelly and son, Beau, plays music, goes to shows, hangs out at all kinds of restaurants and bars, watches the Chicago Bears/New York Mets/Texas Longhorns, and generally tries to have a good time, all the time.
