Jordan Stanley is an Associate Attorney with Warren Kalyan Mattocks. Jordan brings a versatile background and a client-first mindset to the Firm. Drawing on early experiences with Sony Music Entertainment and SongVest where he focused on contract drafting, licensing, and intellectual-property rights, Jordan advises clients primarily in the hospitality, multifamily real-estate, and small-to-mid-market (SMB) sectors. His work spans business disputes, real estate litigation, acquisitions and roll-ups, capital-raising transactions and commercial contracts.

Jordan’s legal experience also includes personal-injury matters, administrative law, and complex entertainment transactions. While clerking at the National Endowment for the Arts, he provided guidance on federal agency authority and fair-use issues, and experience that deepened his appreciation for practical, business-minded solutions.

A graduate of UNT Dallas College of Law, Jordan is licensed to practice in Texas and Maryland. He approaches every engagement with strategic focus, clear communication, and a relentless commitment to advancing his clients’ goals.

Outside the office, Jordan enjoys exercising, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and staying connected to the arts that first sparked his interest in the law.
