Jordan Stanley
Attorney

Jordan Stanley is an attorney at Warren Kalyan, where he advises clients across the hospitality, multifamily housing, real estate, and small-to-mid-market (SMB) business sectors. His practice spans business and real estate disputes, landlord–tenant litigation, acquisitions and roll-up transactions, capital-raising matters, and the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts. Jordan works closely with founders, operators, and investors to help them navigate legal challenges, structure transactions, and operate their businesses with clarity and confidence.

Jordan brings a versatile legal background and a client-first mindset to his practice. Prior to joining the firm, he developed experience in entertainment and intellectual property law through work with Sony Music Entertainment and SongVest, where he focused on contract drafting, licensing agreements, and intellectual property rights management involving music catalogs and creative assets. This foundation sharpened his ability to structure sophisticated agreements and advise clients operating in dynamic, fast-moving industries.

Jordan’s legal experience also includes personal injury matters, administrative law, and complex entertainment transactions. While clerking at the National Endowment for the Arts, he conducted legal research and policy analysis related to federal agency authority and fair-use issues, deepening his appreciation for thoughtful regulatory interpretation and practical legal problem-solving.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law and is licensed to practice in Texas and Maryland. He approaches every engagement with strategic focus, clear communication, and a relentless commitment to advancing his clients’ goals.

Outside the office, Jordan enjoys exercising, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He also maintains a strong appreciation for the arts—an interest that first sparked his path toward a career in law.
