Kelly brings a diverse professional background spanning healthcare, medical technology, entrepreneurship, and digital brand development. She began her career as an ICU Registered Nurse at NYU in New York City, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, critical thinking, and communication in high-pressure environments. She later transitioned into the medical device industry, where she partnered closely with physicians and surgeons, training clinical teams and supporting healthcare systems. Through this work, she developed expertise in strategic communication, relationship management, and market development.

Kelly is also the founder of SWEATLAND, an infrared sauna wellness studio and emerging lifestyle brand. She built the concept from the ground up, leading the creation of its visual identity, website, and marketing platforms while establishing a distinct presence within the competitive wellness market. Through Sweatland, she has focused on developing a scalable brand with a strong digital foundation to support long-term expansion.
