Nam Tran is Counsel at Warren Kalyan Mattocks.

Nam adds a wealth of business, real estate and litigation experience to the Firm. He started his legal career in Omaha, NE guiding homeowners and businesses through complex issues including prior liens, legal description issues, and adverse possession through his role as a claims counsel in regions including the Northwest and Great Lakes. He then continued his legal career in his hometown of Austin, representing the multifamily property industry in landlord/tenant litigation and related matters, where he guided property owners and operators through the unique pitfalls and challenges of a wide variety of disputes and transactions.

At the Firm, Nam uses his unique background to assist clients in the hospitality, SMB, and real estate sectors. He understands the fast-paced, high-stakes nature of these industries, and takes pride in providing practical, business-minded legal solutions that helps clients operate with confidence.

As a native Austinite, Nam loves supporting his Texas Longhorns in all sports, and in his free times he enjoy traveling, golfing, eating, enjoying music festivals and shows, and traveling the world.
