Prerna “Perry” Shah is a Associate Attorney with Warren Kalyan Mattocks. Perry licesned in both Texas and India with a unique cross-border background in litigation and financial regulation. She brings a global perspective to her practice, representing clients in both the United States and India across various commercial and regulatory matters.

Before joining Warren Kalyan Mattocks, Perry gained experience at Daspit Law Firm in Austin and Bridgewest Group in Dallas, handling personal injury litigation and transactional matters. She began her legal career in Mumbai with Orbit Law Services and DM Associates, advising on real estate and infrastructure projects, conducting legal due diligence, and assisting with banking and finance transactions.

Outside of work, Perry enjoys traveling and immersing herself in new cultures and cuisines. A passionate dancer, she regularly attends workshops to explore different styles and techniques. She also plays pickleball, experiments with new recipes, and discovers restaurants around Austin.
