Priscilla Vargas is Chief of Staff at Warren Kalyan Mattocks. As a seasoned legal professional with more than twenty years of experience in law firm operations and support, “El Capitan” (as the team fondly refers to her as) oversees the firm’s core administrative, operational, and financial functions, ensuring a seamless and effective environment for both attorneys and clients.

Priscilla manages firm policies and procedures, leads financial management and accounting support, and maintains vendor, membership, and utility administration. She directs hiring and onboarding, coordinates firmwide communications, and organizes events that strengthen team culture and wellbeing. She supports the legal team by managing trial calendars, coordinating travel logistics, overseeing client touchpoints, and ensuring accurate matter and file management. Priscilla also handles monthly billing through Clio and ensures clear, timely communication across the firm.

In addition to her role at the firm, Priscilla is the co-founder of isAIah, an AI-powered legal operations technology solution designed to streamline workflows and modernize law firm operations.
