Sannika Reddy is an attorney at Warren Kalyan whose practice focuses on corporate law, cross-border transactions, and strategic legal advisory for growing businesses. She works with founders, investors, and operating companies on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, deal structuring, and regulatory risk mitigation, and has advised businesses across industries including hospitality, real estate, and emerging ventures.

Sannika’s path to the legal profession was unconventional. Growing up between Dallas, Texas and Hyderabad, India, she did not follow the traditional trajectory of academic accolades that often leads to law school. Instead, her early experiences were shaped by exposure to entrepreneurship and small business operations. Being around founders and operators from a young age gave her a deep appreciation for the risks and responsibilities involved in building a business, and it ultimately shaped the way she approaches legal problem-solving today.

When Sannika began law school at Texas A&M University School of Law, she found herself surrounded by classmates who had excelled academically or left highly accomplished professional careers to pursue a Juris Doctor. Her own path looked very different. Yet once immersed in the study of law, she quickly became captivated by the discipline—spending long hours in the law library and local coffee shops exploring the intricacies of legal systems, business structures, and transactional strategy.

During law school, Sannika gravitated toward business and corporate law, seeking out practical experiences that allowed her to work closely with companies and understand how legal decisions impact real businesses. Her work has since expanded across corporate transactions, civil litigation matters, and advisory work for companies navigating regulatory and licensing frameworks.

Today, Sannika brings a uniquely international perspective to her practice. Having studied, lived, and worked in both Texas and Hyderabad, she is dual-qualified—licensed in Texas and enrolled with the Bar Council of Telangana. This cross-border experience allows her to help international founders and companies navigate the legal and operational complexities of expanding into the United States.

Outside of her legal practice, Sannika enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and exploring global cuisines—an interest that reflects the same curiosity and cultural appreciation that shapes her approach to both business and law.
