Steven Vasquez is an attorney at Warren Kalyan, where his practice focuses on advising business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and multifamily housing operators on a wide range of transactional matters and commercial disputes. His work includes a particular focus on multifamily housing advisory and landlord–tenant litigation for residential and commercial property owners, where he helps clients navigate operational challenges, enforce lease rights, resolve disputes, and protect their investments.

A Central Texas native, Steven grew up in Hutto and has long maintained strong ties to the greater Austin community. His local roots give him a unique appreciation for the region’s rapidly evolving business and real estate landscape and inform his commitment to serving the individuals and companies that help drive it. At Warren Kalyan, Steven continues to expand his practice in business and real estate law, working with clients across industries on matters ranging from business formation and governance to commercial litigation and real estate-related issues.

Steven earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. After being admitted to the State Bar of Texas, he began his legal career in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where he gained valuable experience assisting businesses in navigating complex legal and operational challenges. He later returned to Central Texas to continue building his practice and serving the community where he was raised.

Outside of his legal practice, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and their young son. The family also includes two energetic huskies, Koda and Kaya. A lifelong Texas sports fan, Steven closely follows the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, and Texas Rangers.
