Tolu Ajayi is a Law Clerk at Warren Kalyan, supporting the firm's attorneys on business, real estate, and commercial matters. His work includes legal research, drafting, contract review, and helping shape practical legal strategies that move client goals forward.

Tolu earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he built a strong foundation in business law, real estate, litigation, and contracts, and sharpened his skills in legal research, writing, negotiation, and analyzing complex issues. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and brings a multidisciplinary background that gives him a careful eye for detail and a habit of looking at legal questions from more than one angle.

At Warren Kalyan, Tolu is committed to giving the firm's attorneys and clients thoughtful, thorough support on every matter he touches. He approaches each project with professionalism and a focus on solutions that actually work for the client.

Outside of the office, Tolu stays active through exercise and soccer, plays chess, and spends time with family and friends. He is a passionate Arsenal supporter and follows the Premier League closely. When he can, he travels, experiences new cultures, and explores new places around the world.
